Telemetry

Learn about Dyad's telemetry policies and how to enable or disable it.

Dyad uses opt-in telemetry to help us improve the product.

Policy

Because Dyad is open-source, you can inspect our code to verify that we follow our stated policies.

What we collect

  • An anonymized user id to track product usage over time
  • User actions (e.g. clicks on navigation button)
  • Page navigations (e.g. switching between the different tabs)
  • Non-sensitive system information (e.g. Node.js version)
  • Additional non-sensitive metadata that complies with the policies below

What we don't collect

  • Chat messages content
  • Chat inputs (e.g. prompts)
  • App code

Enabling / disabling telemetry

You can enable or disable telemetry at any time by going to the Settings page and toggling the Telemetry switch.
